General Returns

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choices, or any other reason once wheels and tires have been mounted and balanced, unless there is a legitimate defect or fitment issue that is reported prior to use or installation on a vehicle.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or has a manufacturing flaw.
• There is a verified misfitment (based on the vehicle information you provided during the order).
• The product has not been used, installed, or driven on.
• The return window is closed after 30 days from delivery.
• The return is authorized by our team in advance.

Restocking & Return Fees

• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
• We’ll confirm any applicable fees with you before the return is finalized.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once it’s received at our facility. We’ll contact you with confirmation or next steps once it’s reviewed.

Special Order Products

All special order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless there is a verified defect with the product. These items are not stocked and are ordered specifically for your vehicle.

Suspension & Performance Products

Returns are not accepted on most suspension lifts or performance parts once they have been installed or used in any way.

Exchanges

If your item qualifies under our return conditions, we may be able to offer an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The return is due to a verified defect or shipping error on our part.
• We explicitly agree to cover return shipping in writing.

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We honor all manufacturer warranties for wheels and tires purchased from us. If your issue is covered under a brand’s warranty, we will help guide you through the process.

Offroad Rim Financing, LLC follows all manufacturer policies and procedures for warranty claims on wheels and tires. Please note that each manufacturer has its own specific guidelines, and some warranty claims may require the item to be returned for inspection before a determination can be made.
